Opening Times

If you are thinking of coming at weekends, it is advisable to either telephone our reception team or check google for our most upto date opening times. We would hate for you to make a wasted trip if we have a party booked in.

Please be aware last entry to the Purple Planet is 1 hour prior closing time.

Please be advised we are closed for the following days each year: Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Easter Sunday and Christmas Week (24^th Dec at 2pm to 2^nd Jan)

Prices

• £7.95 per 90 minute session
• £4.00 with our discount card for children with special needs for one 90-minute session per day (prior registration required)
• Free for under 1 years old for one 90-minute session per day
• We continue not to charge for adults to bring their children along to play

Please note: The 90-minutes includes any time required to eat, so please order food within the first 30 minutes of your visit.

Purple Planet Rules

• All children MUST BE SUPERVISED by a parent/guardian at all times
• Children who are unwell must not use facilities
• Remove jewellery, badges, and any sharp objects
• Please do not take valuables in the frame with you, leave with an adult
• Children wearing spectacles or contact lenses are asked to take care
• Clothes with ropes or cords should not be worn in the play frame area
• Where possible wear long sleeves and trousers to protect your arms and legs
• It is forbidden to climb the netted walls or the frame
• Play equipment to be respected at all times this includes not throwing soft play items or removing them form there designated areas
• Children must not climb up or play in front of the slides and there exits
• Food or drink bought outside the centre may not be consumed on the premises
• No eating or drinking on the play equipment including chewing gum
• Children and adults must remove shoes before entering the play area.
• For foot hygiene reasons; socks MUST be worn at all time by children and parents
• These facilities are suitable for children between 0 and 10 years old, height restriction is 5ft
• No smoking or vaping anywhere in the centre
• Bad behaviour will not be tolerated and may lead to customers being asked to leave
• Sessions are 90-minutes
• The maximum number of children allowed into the centre is limited to 40 for everyone’s safety

Please Remember

We provide members of staff who monitor the equipment and have access to first aid facilities. These staff are not provided to supervise children using the facilities.

This play area is NOT supervised. It is the responsibility of parents/guardians to watch the children under their care at all times, especially by the café, exits and in the toilets.

No video equipment or cameras are to be used in the play area, only at private party parties with prior permission agreed, if any pictures are taken you will be asked to delete them.

Abuse towards our staff will not be tolerated.

Management reserve the right to refuse entry.
