Important Booking Information
Please telephone our reception team on 02476 228 254 to check availability and book a party, unfortunately we cannot accept bookings via email or Facebook.
A deposit of £40 is required within 7 days of any booking made, this will secure your booking and prevent you losing your favoured slot. Deposits and any other payments made before the date of your booking is non-refundable. The balance is payable on the day of your party, we do not accept vouchers. We accept cash, cheque or card (not American Express) payments, cheques need to made payable to Tiny Tims Childrens Centre. Due to advice from our bank we do not accept £50 notes or Scottish notes due to the high amount of forgeries in circulation.
We must be notified of the number of children attending no later than 48hours before your party. This will be the minimum number of children charged on the day plus any additional children who may attend.
Food order forms Must be returned no later than 1 week before your party, if no menu is returned, a basic option will be provided.
All Catered parties now include:
- Private use of the facilities for 15 to 30 children
- 90 minutes party time (including eating)
- Cold buffet
- Squash throughout your party
- Table settings (Plate, Cup, Napkin & Party Hat)
- Tiny Tim’s Party Bag (under 3yrs bags available on request)

A basic party for 15 children is £310 and then £9 for every additional child attending your party, up to our maximum of 30 children
